All recorded delivery must be signed for.
Estimated delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of YamaBits, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Returns & Replacements
Within 28 days of delivery we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund including postage.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Ordering
All orders that are placed within YamaBits will be followed by an order confirmation email. This is NOT a confirmation that the order has been processed, but an acknowledgement of the order. Upon completion of the order process another confirmation email will be sent. Finally, after the goods are packed and sent, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent. For registered users, access to your account provides you with the current status of your order. For guests, the status of your order will be done through email notifications.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

* Fraud/Verification Checks
On occasions we receive possible fraud alerts regarding payments that are processing on the site. This can be quite normal and is often down to a mis-typed postcode or an address related to the card. We hold the right to place your account on stop until a solution is found and a verification check completed. This may include a brief phone call from us and is nothing to worry about.
All prices and charges on YamaBits are shown in UK Pounds Sterling, but exclude delivery charges (for delivery charges see Delivery Charges above).
A total cost of your order will be displayed in the checkout, and includes the item price, plus the applicable postage charge to your location.
We cannot be held responsible for Tax charges outside of the UK in European countries or any other location around the world. We advise you to check with your local Customs Office for further information on Tax & Customs charges before placing your order.
We try hard to ensure that all information displayed on YamaBits is correct to the present date. However, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price, description or availability of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and amend this issue.
Viewing Orders
At YamaBits we provide an administration service on your account, where you have the ability to view your recent account activity, from pending orders to posted orders and tracking numbers.
Updating Account Information
You can review your personal information to ensure it is correct and current. You can also update, correct, change or delete inaccurate details
